Twist Out Fro

I love the twist out! I think I might love it more than just the co wash and go, although it is more time consuming. So when I do a twist out, I do one of two things. Either I twist while wet, which makes things a lot easier, and last time I didn’t even need to use a roller on my ends. If I have been wearing the regular fro for a while, I will section my hair and apply hair mayonnaise to my hair then twist. After drying (I usually go to bed like this) I untwist and finger comb my hair. The curls are very defined and it comes out looking lovely. I’ve noticed that I am a headband girl. For some reason all of my styles, well most of them anyway, look 100 times better after I put a headband on. When I had a relaxer, I used to get, what was called sister curls. That’s when you twist your hair back in about 8 or 9 cornrows while wet, and then once dry you take them out. I haven’t tried this yet, but I plan to. I wonder what the difference in looks would be cornrows vs. plaits. Well, when I try it I will post the comparison pictures.
